Reporting and Documentation: o Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. o Maintain accurate financial records and project documentation. o Provide real-time financial insights to the project and management teams. 4. Strategic Advisory: o Offer strategic advice on investment decisions and financial planning o Monitor market trends and advise on cost forecasting and budgeting strategies o Support decision-making with comprehensive financial data analysis o Prepare MIS as per Concession Agreement & update it with the KPI o Check the Financing Agreement entered by the Concessionaire with Financial Institution about its correctness w.r.t entered Concession Agreement |
